Terms of Use — Gooslee Bot

Summary: Gooslee Bot helps create call links via external providers (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Apple FaceTime) directly from Telegram chats. We do not store call contents and follow data-minimization. When you connect integrations, you also agree to each provider's terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Service" — the @GoosleeBot bot and gooslibot.com website.
  • "Communication Providers" — external meeting providers (Zoom, Google Meet, Apple FaceTime, etc.).
  • "You / User" — the person using the Service.

2. Acceptance

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You confirm you are at least 13 years old (or older if required in your jurisdiction) and are allowed to use the integrated providers.

4. Accounts & Authorization

  • OAuth authorization with third-party providers may be required. You can revoke access anytime in your Zoom/Google/Apple account settings.
  • We request minimum scopes and do not store call contents (audio/video/chat/files).

5. Third-party Services & Policies

Gooslee Bot is not a product of Zoom / Google / Apple. By using their integrations, you agree to their terms and policies. Official sources:

6. License & Restrictions

  • We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms.
  • Prohibited: API abuse, spam, security interference, circumvention, infringement of rights, law violations, or violations of provider policies.

7. Fees

Core functionality may be free; if paid features are introduced, pricing and terms will be provided separately.

8. Intellectual Property

We own the Service code/design/materials. You retain your content rights while granting the Service the limited rights necessary to operate its features.

9. Data & Privacy

  • We do not store call contents. We process minimal meeting metadata needed to create links and reflect basic status.

10. Security, Tokens

  • Data in transit uses TLS 1.2+.
  • Tokens/secrets are encrypted at rest.

11. Deletion & Revocation

  • Revoke OAuth access from the relevant provider account (Zoom/Google/Apple). Unused tokens are purged during the next rotation after revocation.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted operation of third-party providers.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages, data loss, or lost profits. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for paid features (if any) in the 3 months prior to the event, or zero for free use, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your violations of these Terms or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, provider requirements, or law. You may stop using the Service anytime, revoke access, and request deletion.

16. Export Controls & Sanctions

You represent that you are not subject to sanctions and will not use the Service in prohibited jurisdictions/purposes; you will comply with applicable export-control rules.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Where the interaction (call/meeting) is carried out through an integrated communication provider (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Apple FaceTime), the governing law and jurisdiction are determined by that provider's terms for the relevant service. 18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

19. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
  • Notices: via info@gooslibot.com.
  • Assignment: you may not assign rights/obligations without our consent.
  • Entire Agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Service.
