How to get help faster

  1. Open auth or call link in a normal system browser, not Telegram's in-app view.
  2. Update Telegram/browser; try Incognito or another browser.
  3. Check status: Zoom (status.zoom.us), Google (Workspace Status).
  4. Reproduce steps and note exact time (timezone).

We recommend having the apps installed for the services you enabled (Google Meet, FaceTime, Microsoft Teams, Jitsi, Zoom). If you do not have the apps, ensure you at least have an active account/registration with those providers.

IMPORTANT

If provider-side issue — reach their support + status pages:

Do not send tokens/passwords/secrets.

What to include

  • @username and time (timezone)
  • Provider (Zoom/Google/FaceTime/Teams/Jitsi)
  • Steps, expected vs actual
  • Screenshots/logs (no secrets)
